📋 Description

• As a Mid-level Quality Engineer, you will be involved in planning and executing more comprehensive testing strategies. • Your responsibilities will include planning automation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and taking a more active role in identifying opportunities to improve QA processes. • Willingness and discipline to learn from guidance provided by senior technical professionals. • Has an investigative mindset — attempts to solve problems before asking for help. • Rarely repeats the same mistakes. • Seeks feedback from others on their work in pursuit of improvement. • Communicates clearly with other supporting areas.

🎯 Requirements

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans. • Drive test automation initiatives. • Collaborate with development teams to understand system architectures. • Actively participate in code reviews and development processes. • Identify opportunities to improve QA processes and implement solutions. • Mentor junior team members. • Assist development and DevOps teams in identifying potential risks and improvements, and in scheduling automated test execution. • Attend meetings with Business and Development teams, providing guidance for implementing test scenarios.
