📋 Description

• As a Mid-level Quality Engineer, you will be involved in planning and executing more comprehensive testing strategies. • Your responsibilities will include planning test automation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and taking a more active role in identifying opportunities to improve QA processes. • Interest and discipline to learn what is proposed by senior technical professionals. • Plus: proactivity and knowledge in some of the skills required for senior levels. • Has an investigative mindset — tries to resolve problems before asking for help. • Rarely repeats the same mistakes. • Seeks feedback from others on their work in order to improve. • Communicates clearly with other supporting teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans. • Lead or contribute to test automation initiatives. • Collaborate with development teams to understand system architectures. • Actively participate in code reviews and development processes. • Identify opportunities to improve QA processes and implement solutions. • Mentor junior team members. • Assist DevOps and development teams in identifying potential risks and improvements, and in scheduling the execution of automated tests. • Attend meetings with Business and Development areas to provide guidance for implementing test scenarios. • Plus: proactivity and knowledge in some of the competencies required for senior levels.
