📋 Description

• Software Quality Improvement: • Continuously improve test quality and coverage, ensuring applications are resilient, scalable, and up-to-date. • Contribute to raising the technical standard of the codebase, promoting best practices and standardization across the company. • Operational Support and Technical Efficiency: • Support operations and engineering teams, ensuring quality processes are integrated into the development cycle. • Ensure applications contribute to engineers' productivity, reducing rework and increasing efficiency. • Abstraction of Technical Complexities: • Simplify and automate testing processes at all levels (unit, integration, E2E, performance). • Create tools and frameworks that abstract technical complexities, enabling engineers to validate their deliveries autonomously and safely. • Quality Culture and Continuous Improvement: • Promote a culture of quality across the organization, encouraging best practices, collaboration, and continuous learning. • Act strategically to raise the maturity level of testing and software quality within engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. • Solid knowledge of software development best practices, with a focus on code quality, maintainability, and scalability. • Proficiency in testing techniques, including: • Unit testing • Security and performance testing • Functional and non-functional testing • Proven experience in software development applying clean code principles and continuous integration. • Experience with automated testing covering integration and E2E (end-to-end). • Certifications in software quality (e.g., CTFL, CTAL). • Familiarity with test automation frameworks (such as Selenium, Cypress, or JUnit). • Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) with a focus on continuous integration (CI/CD).
