📋 Description
• Place calls to existing stockholders to provide assistance • Answer questions and offer voting services for Annual/Special Shareholder Meetings • Participate in computer-based training
🎯 Requirements
• Personal Computer (Windows 10 or Windows 11 with 8GB RAM) *MAC/Chromebook/Linux/S mode not supported • Strong Internet Connection • Technologically proficient • Great communication/listening skills/phone presence • Ability to handle problems and issues in a tactful manner • Attention to detail • Preferred • Minimum of 1 year experience in finance, investments, or in a call center environment • Financial or personal/professional experience with stocks/investments • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or other related field
