📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • About INNOOVA INNOOVA is a Canadian consulting firm specializing in digital transformation, human capital, and enterprise technology solutions. • For over 25 years, we’ve supported organizations of all sizes in strategic initiatives involving platforms like Workday, Dayforce, SucessFactors, UKG and others. • Our services include governance, solution selection, implementation, and specialized staffing in project deployment. • We take a collaborative, agnostic, and results-driven approach to every engagement. • Proudly based in Montreal, INNOOVA operates across Canada.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll processing or payroll consulting. • In-depth knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation (CPP, EI, income tax, employment standards, etc.). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to interpret and apply regulations in diverse contexts. • Proficiency with payroll systems (Ceridian, ADP, Employeur D, etc.) and collaborative tools. • PCP or CPM certification (a strong asset). • Degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field. • Bilingualism (French and English) required.
