📋 Description

• Architect, design, and develop high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern engineering best practices. • Design and build high-performance, highly available applications across both front-end and back-end architectures. • Lead the delivery of large-scale technical initiatives spanning multiple teams and business domains. • Influence technical direction, engineering standards, and software architecture across the organization. • Develop reusable services, libraries, and infrastructure that support long-term scalability and maintainability. • Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and overall technical efficiency. • Help define technology roadmaps and contribute to strategic engineering initiatives. • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). • 7+ years of professional software development experience building commercial software applications. • Strong experience developing modern full stack applications using Vue.js or React, Node.js, including frameworks such as Express, Fastify, or similar web server frameworks. • Experience designing and working with PostgreSQL databases. • Proven experience building stable, scalable, high-performance, business-critical systems. • Deep understanding of software architecture, scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization. • Hands-on experience with modern cloud technologies, including AWS, serverless architectures, Microfrontends, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines. • Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including architecture and design patterns, code reviews, source control, automated testing, build processes, deployment, and the full Software Development Life Cycle. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
