📋 Description

• Provide administrative and coordinating support for site activation activities and site-level deliverables throughout the clinical trial lifecycle • Review and approve essential clinical trial and regulatory documents • Establish site activation timelines and coordinate activities to meet activation targets • Communicate with clinical sites and study teams during site start-up • Collaborate with functional departments to align activities with site activation targets • Escalate site activation schedule risks to the Project Manager • Collect, review, file, and distribute essential site documents • Maintain the electronic Trial Master File and study files • Coordinate internal project-specific training and reconciliation documentation • Assist with study documents, study plans, local ethics submissions, system access, Investigator’s Study Files, and Investigators’ Meetings • Maintain project timelines, enrollment tracking tools, study material inventory, and ADI logs • Prepare and ship study supplies to clinical sites when applicable • Support CRAs, site correspondence, investigator and vendor payment reconciliation, project tracking, and status reports • Support Health Authority inspections, pre-inspection activities, audit preparation, and CAPA preparation • May perform project management duties on designated trials • Participate in administrative tasks required to meet project and team goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to clinical research or equivalent experience • Specialized graduate diploma in drug development is an asset • Experience in clinical research and in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and/or CRO industry is an asset • Excellent oral and written skills in English; French is an asset • Excellent knowledge and competency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to prioritize different assignments and work under pressure • Attention to detail and ability to meet timelines • Quick learner, adaptable and versatile • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving and multitasking skills • Must be legally able to work in Argentina
