📋 Description

• Serve as the primary communication link between management, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and clients • Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle • Read, understand, and interpret construction blueprints, plans, specifications, and project documents • Analyze and evaluate vendor estimates, proposals, and construction budgets • Coordinate with internal employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders • Track project requirements, follow-ups, deliverables, and outstanding items • Help ensure projects remain aligned with quality, schedule, budget, and client expectations • Manage client communications with professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail • Anticipate potential issues and proactively communicate solutions • Support delivery of high-end custom homes while maintaining rigorous quality standards • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, workflows, and communication systems • Learn and adapt to company-specific procedures, tools, and project management systems • Provide general project coordination and administrative support as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of professional experience working on US-based construction projects • Bachelor's degree or equivalent baccalaureate-level education • Strong understanding of residential construction processes, materials, and finishes • Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications • Fluent English, both written and verbal • Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills • Professional communication skills suitable for working with high-net-worth and high-expectation clients • Strong organizational and coordination skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to identify opportunities for process improvement • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a small team • Valid driver's license • Ability to consistently work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time • Reliable remote setup • Strong client-facing communication and professional judgment
