📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio or program of clinical studies and the Project Managers assigned to awarded studies • Ensure studies meet therapeutic-area and client-specific requirements • Represent the company to customers and maintain customer satisfaction • Communicate program deliverables effectively • Ensure studies comply with quality standards, SOPs, GCPs, ICH guidelines, and applicable regulations • Oversee executed contracts and project financial aspects, including budgets and expenses • Track project progress, timelines, and analysis tools • Maintain therapeutic-area and client-specific knowledge • Apply study-specific learning across assigned portfolios and clients • Lead contingency planning and risk-mitigation strategies • Provide operational input to proposal development and pricing • Drive performance improvement, operational efficiency, and innovation • Provide line-management oversight and contribute to Project Management leadership • Support business development activities with minimal oversight

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in a relevant discipline • At least 15 years of industry experience • Minimum of 5 years at a CRO • At least 10 years of clinical project management experience, including management of all project phases from start-up to closure, all functional services, and vendor management • Experience in dermatology or rheumatology trials required • Experience leading concurrent multicentered, multinational Phase III clinical trials • Experience with project budget financial tracking and forecasting • Experience in project supervision, mentoring, and coaching of project managers • Experience with business development tasks, including proposals, client presentations, and bid defense meetings • Good knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and applicable Health Canada and FDA regulations/guidelines • Legally authorized to work in North America • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an asset • Master's degree is an asset • Experience with mid-size and large studies across multiple regions is desirable
