• Provide administrative and coordination support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training logistics, contract changes, relocations, and offboarding • Maintain accurate HRIS data and support employees and managers with first-level inquiries • Respond to HR process inquiries and escalate complex matters when required • Coordinate performance management documentation and timelines • Support wellness, engagement, and recognition initiatives • Track disability leave and health and safety case documentation • Contribute to annual salary review and bonus processes by gathering data and preparing reports • Collaborate with HR Business Partners on onboarding and new-hire integration • Support change-management initiatives involving new HR tools and processes • Manage full-cycle recruiting from job posting through offer • Conduct screening interviews, validate skills, cultural fit, and language requirements, and prepare shortlists • Partner with managers on job descriptions • Administer ATS and recruitment accounts, maintaining candidate movement and data accuracy • Manage background checks, reference verification, and offer letters/contracts • Provide clear communication, timely feedback, and structured interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience • Support employer branding and sourcing strategies • Serve as the primary candidate contact throughout recruitment • Participate in HR and talent acquisition projects and initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (listed as ideal/preferred) • 1–3 years of HR experience, with exposure to both recruitment and HR operations • Full-cycle recruitment experience preferred • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and HR processes in a global or multi-site environment is an asset • Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems • Experience as a system super-user/administrator is an advantage • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Fluency in English required • Flexibility to adapt working hours to support stakeholders across multiple time zones • Ability to legally work in Spain
