📋 Description

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for IT Operations, including infrastructure, cloud platforms (Azure), Microsoft 365, and enterprise systems • Lead and develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentorship, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement • Ensure IT services are reliable, secure, and optimized to support strong member and employee experiences • Drive maturity and continuous improvement in IT Service Management practices, including incident, problem, change, and capacity management • Translate enterprise strategy into multi-year operational plans, roadmaps, and investment priorities • Manage IT Operations budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources, including vendor and third-party partnerships • Oversee enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments, ensuring scalability, performance, and resilience • Establish strong governance, standards, and control frameworks to support regulatory compliance and operational excellence • Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning, ensuring readiness through regular testing and alignment to business needs • Collaborate with internal teams (Security, Architecture, Data, and Platforms) to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative technology solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • Proven experience leading IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, and IT Service Management • Strong knowledge of cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 • Experience with enterprise infrastructure, including networking across traditional and cloud environments • Advanced ITIL designations are considered an asset • Azure and/or Cisco certifications are an asset • Experience managing third-party vendors and outsourced services • Experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning and testing • Experience in a regulated financial services environment (e.g., OSFI, COBIT) is considered an asset • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to drive enterprise outcomes • High level of digital literacy, including critical thinking, problem solving, and navigating modern technology solutions.
