📋 Description
• Implement Innovative’s technology in various environments; on-site, remotely (SaaS) or hybrid • Execute all facets of the software and services delivery life cycle from pre-sales support through product configuration, testing, training, integration, and implementation • Collaborate with sales and other internal teams to understand and learn about prospective client needs • Consult with clients; analyze and develop understanding of their data and product/customization needs • Provide consulting and client training, on-site or remotely • Perform testing to ensure product implementation meets or exceeds performance and quality standards
🎯 Requirements
• 3-7 years of experience performing technical implementations and integrations • Experience with SQL, C, Java, and other related programming languages • Fluency in both Spanish and English (Portuguese and other languages are a plus) • Undergraduate or higher level degree in computer or software engineering, computer or information science, mathematics or related degree or experience • Database management, data migration, and ETL transformation knowledge or experience • Ability to obtain and maintain proper travel documents including visas for Mexico and other countries • Ability and willingness to travel up to 60% (domestically and internationally)
