📋 Description

• Lead the daily operations of assigned veterinary hospitals with full P&L ownership • Partner with hospital leaders to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and operational efficiency • Coach hospital teams, set performance goals, and track KPIs • Mentor Hospital Managers and Managing DVMs; conduct annual performance reviews • Identify and support staffing, scheduling, and labor optimization opportunities • Analyze operational and financial reports; recommend actionable improvements • Support new client acquisition, client retention, and service line expansion • Manage regional recruiting efforts in collaboration with our recruiting team • Champion Innovetive-wide initiatives and standard operating procedures • Facilitate onboarding and training for new hospital leaders • Build a positive, collaborative culture focused on exceptional veterinary care

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred • 3–5 years of multi-site, multi-state veterinary practice management experience, with experience in specialty and emergency medicine preferred. • Proven track record of P&L management, business strategy, and leadership coaching • Strong communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills • High emotional intelligence and a servant leadership mindset • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, decentralized environment • Proficient in veterinary practice management software and operational metrics • Willing and able to travel up to 75% regionally
