📋 Description

• Manage technology products in the mobile apps area and drive innovation • Participate in product vision and strategy development • Create and own a product roadmap for cross-functional development teams • Measure performance, monitor customers and stakeholders, anticipate bottlenecks and make tradeoffs • Partner with stakeholders to co-develop solutions to supercharge growth, improve marketing efficiency and increase automation • Build and lead cross-functional teams of engineers and internal partners to envision, build and deliver products with your engineering partner • Lead teams to launch and iteratively optimize products that improve user experience and deliver measurable, scalable business gains • Act as a customer-focused partner committed to user needs and business success • Establish and maintain collaborative, trusting relationships with peers and manage more senior stakeholders with managerial support • Leverage data to assess risks, impacts, scope and priorities and enable the team to drive results

🎯 Requirements

• Around 3 years of experience building high-impact mobile app products • Experience in mobile app development • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and French • Passionate about scale, bias for outcomes and long-term value • Deep understanding of business strategy and metrics • Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically • Ability to multi-task and work well within a dynamic environment • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for action and ability to deal with extreme ambiguity • Ability to establish and maintain collaborative, trusting relationships with stakeholders • Leverage data to understand risks, impacts, scope and priorities • Nice to have: Experience managing and influencing a global team of stakeholders in a matrix environment
