📋 Description

• Manage the SAP CoE team covering FTM, Controlling, PTP, OTC, Basis, and Developers • Plan team workload and allocate resources between S/4HANA rollouts and BAU/maintenance activities • Deliver S/4HANA rollouts in line with the global template for Europe • Oversee BAU system operations and user support • Collaborate with Project Managers and Product Owners of systems integrated with SAP • Manage external suppliers and the quality of their delivery • Maintain end-to-end process consistency across countries and workstreams • Monitor delivery risks and report status • Build relationships between business and technology and align stakeholders around realistic expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in one of the SAP functional areas (FTM / OTC / PTP or related) • Minimum 5 years of experience in team management • Experience with SAP rollouts and system maintenance, ideally ECC or S/4HANA • Proven experience leading a functional CoE team or similar structure • Strong supplier management skills, including allocation, SLAs, and quality • Experience working within a global template model • Experience operating at the business–IT interface • Understanding of capacity planning and multi-workstream environments • Experience with AI in SAP or finance processes, including implementation and use-case identification • Very good command of English • Experience in logistics or e-commerce • Knowledge of R2R, P2P, and O2C processes • SAP Activate and ITIL knowledge • Experience in GBS / SSC environments • B2B contract arrangement
