📋 Description

• Design and implement a cloud-native platform architecture on GCP • Build scalable guardrails for multi-team, multi-environment setups with compliance requirements • Create reusable infrastructure enabling self-service provisioning • Define cloud governance, including IAM strategies, organizational policies, and policy-as-code • Write design documents • Represent technical divisions in cross-team and leadership forums

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with GCP • Production Kubernetes experience, including networking, security, tenancy, and lifecycle management • Terraform experience at the module-authoring level • Solid networking fundamentals, including VPC design, CIDR planning, DNS, and hybrid connectivity • Experience working in compliance-driven environments such as SOC2, PCI-DSS, or similar • GitOps methodology and tooling • Observability stack experience, including metrics, structured logging, and tracing • Ability to write and defend technical design documents • Infrastructure-as-a-product mindset, with attention to users, SLOs, and developer experience • Experience designing cloud foundations for organizations • Ability to build scalable patterns and enable other teams • Ability to gain cross-team buy-in and navigate the human side of platform work
