📋 Description

• Partner with Product and Business Teams to understand needs, translate them into data science solutions, and provide actionable insights • Work with InPost products including InPost Mobile, Loyalty Programme, and InPost Pay • Develop and implement ML models, GenAI products, hybrid approaches, and data analytics to optimize marketing and product strategies, enhance user experience, and shape targeting • Collaborate with Data & AI and Technology teams to integrate data-driven initiatives • Explore cutting-edge methods and stay current with Data Science and AI trends • Communicate insights and recommendations to management, business teams, and the data community • Conduct end-to-end data products: explore business needs, analyze problems, propose hypotheses, develop solutions, present insights and results, and maintain solutions through BI and model monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, e.g. Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Econometrics • At least 3 years of commercial experience as a Data Scientist • Proficiency in Polish and English • Excellent knowledge of ML solutions, including clustering, recommender systems, regression, and classification • Hands-on experience working with large amounts of data • Proficiency in Python 3 and ML/data analysis libraries including Pandas, Numpy, Scipy, Scikit-learn, Statsmodels, TensorFlow or PyTorch • Experience writing well-structured code using functions, classes, and modules • Knowledge and experience in PySpark, relational databases, and cloud solutions such as Databricks, Azure, GCP, AWS, or Snowflake • Goal-oriented, independent, business-conscious, and able to manage change and time • Ability to think long-term and decompose business problems • Nice to have: CI/CD pipelines, Kedro or similar data pipeline frameworks, bash/zsh CLI tools • Consulting and marketing analytics experience are a plus
