📋 Description

• Manage delivery across multiple engineering teams or an entire domain • Report to C-level stakeholders on progress, risks, and business impact • Own domain-level SDLC governance • Define architecture and technical standards for the domain • Coach and develop Engineering Managers • Build a high-performance, inclusive engineering culture • Communicate strategy and progress to C-level • Shape innovation direction for the domain

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience in Software Development / Engineering Leadership • Proven experience managing managers (manager-of-managers model) • Hands-on background as a software engineer • Knowledge & Skills in Java and Spring Boot, along with backend databases • Experience with cloud platforms - Google Cloud, AWS or Azure preferred • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven, API-first) • Experience with OKR/KPI frameworks and domain-level metrics • Advanced proficiency in both Polish and English
