📋 Description

• Shape the product vision and long-term strategy for Merchant Services. • Create and own a strategic product roadmap for cross-functional development teams. • Lead teams to deliver business impact by launching and iteratively optimizing products. • Partner with stakeholders to understand their businesses and co-develop solutions. • Build and lead a cross-functional team of engineers and internal partners. • Leverage data to understand risks, impacts, scope, and priorities of business objectives. • Apply AI tools and workflows to accelerate product discovery and delivery processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience building high-impact products in a fast-paced environment. • Deep understanding of business strategy and the ability to translate it into product decisions and metrics. • Ability to think and perform both tactically (delivery, unblocking, iteration) and strategically (vision, bets, roadmap). • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action. • Strong ability to work effectively within a dynamic, cross-functional setup. • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application to product development. • Experience using AI productivity tools (e.g. LLMs, copilots, automation platforms). • Ability to collaborate with technical teams to scope, build, and iterate on AI-enhanced product capabilities.
