📋 Description

• Design and deliver scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions supporting complex business processes across multiple teams and markets • Lead architecture and integration initiatives connecting Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems and Microsoft Azure services • Drive large-scale technical initiatives, including platform upgrades, migrations and environment modernisation • Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of quality, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing • Champion effective use of AI tools and modern engineering practices • Represent technology initiatives through architecture reviews, technical discussions and community engagement activities • Shape the future of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across an international organisation • Contribute to architectural decisions, engineering excellence and long-term technology strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions • Hands-on experience with Power Platform and Dataverse • Experience with Azure services, especially Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus • Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations • Strong expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript and SQL • Knowledge of modern DevOps practices and Agile delivery environments • Ability to make sound technical decisions and take ownership of outcomes • Passion for mentoring and supporting the growth of other engineers • Practical experience using AI tools in software engineering workflows • Professional English proficiency • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications (nice to have) • Experience with Python, FastAPI or Flask (nice to have) • Knowledge of Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis or Apache Kafka (nice to have) • Experience working within large-scale enterprise ecosystems (nice to have)
