📋 Description

• Design and own the mobile test strategy for native iOS and Android applications • Set device and OS-version fragmentation coverage strategy and control test flakiness at scale • Run test suites on BrowserStack with GitLab CI • Strengthen backend, API, and contract testing and connect it to the mobile client layer • Own quality gates in app release and store-deployment pipelines • Drive resolution of cross-team quality issues within the domain • Pair with developers on testability and shift quality ownership into the development workflow • Mentor Senior Software Engineers in Test and provide technical guidance across the domain • Run tech talks, workshops, documentation, and pair sessions across QA and development • Co-lead the OneTech/QA community • Shape the domain’s technical quality direction with the SEM • Analyze quality trends and metrics to identify improvement areas • Define quality metrics and gates and communicate quality risk in business terms • Define AI adoption approaches, AI-assisted testing workflows, and governance and data-security standards • Assess AI usage risks in testing, mentor engineers on responsible AI use, and report AI ROI for quality engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience automating native mobile app tests for iOS or Android, ideally both • Commercial, working-level Swift and/or Kotlin • Experience designing test strategy and the test pyramid • Proven shift-left experience, entering the process before coding and measurably changing outcomes • Experience leading technical or process change directly with development teams • Experience introducing mock-based testing and setting related standards and education • Proven impact beyond a single team through multi-team standards or cross-team quality initiatives • Hands-on, critical use of AI, including assessing its risks • Fluent English • Polish fluency is nice to have • BrowserStack and CI/CD (GitLab) experience is nice to have • Snapshot testing experience is nice to have • Familiarity with Appium is nice to have • Experience applying AI in testing workflows is nice to have • Logistics or e-commerce industry experience is nice to have • ISTQB Advanced Level - Test Automation Engineer certification is nice to have
