📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients from onboarding through campaign delivery • Build and maintain client relationships by understanding goals and needs • Address client questions, solve problems, and ensure client satisfaction • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Manage influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish • Coordinate with Influencer Marketing Managers to find and match creators • Track campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables • Keep clients and internal teams updated on campaign progress and next steps • Help brands develop creative ideas for influencer marketing and paid social campaigns • Review briefs and provide feedback with Creative Strategists and Motion Designers • Collaborate with Paid Media Specialists to align content with campaign goals and performance • Ensure creator content meets brand guidelines and campaign requirements • Coordinate content editing and final delivery with Motion Designers • Review content and provide feedback to creators and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in account management, client success, or project management • Ideally experience in an agency, influencer marketing, or digital marketing • Good understanding of digital marketing, including influencer marketing, UGC, and paid social • Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously • Excellent communication skills and experience building and maintaining client relationships • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with different teams • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to solve problems • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and paid media campaigns is a nice to have • Required availability Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM Eastern Time (ET) • Remote contractor role • Must be based in Mexico for the listed location, with worldwide application option if location is not listed
