âą Design, develop, and maintain our backend âą Oversee the development and maintenance of our GraphQL API âą Manage deployments in a Kubernetes environment on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) âą Work closely with designers, product managers, and QA to deliver high-quality features âą Proactively ideate and implement product improvements based on business and user needs âą Foster an inclusive work environment, effectively collaborating with team members from diverse cultural backgrounds
đŻ Requirements
âą 5+ years of backend engineering experience âą Strong written and verbal English (C1+) âą Proficiency in Ruby; experience with functional programming patterns is a strong plus âą Advanced SQL / PostgreSQL knowledge âą Experience with GraphQL API development âą Comfortable with DevOps concepts - deployments, Kubernetes, GCP âą Product-minded, proactive, and able to work across cultures
