📋 Description

• Own product design from discovery through high-fidelity designs and production-ready specifications • Redesign core product workflows, starting with chat • Build reporting and measurement experiences using Meta and TikTok Ads data • Design interaction patterns for upcoming AI-assisted and agentic features • Design end-to-end user flows and interactive prototypes in Figma • Own a defined area of the roadmap across Client Experience and Creator Experience pods • Work within and evolve the existing design system • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and two Product Designers in an async environment • Participate in design reviews and provide thoughtful feedback • Run lightweight usability testing when needed • Hand off designs to engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Design experience • Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products • Portfolio showcasing workflow-heavy products rather than marketing websites • Experience working within an established design system • Strong interaction and visual design skills • Comfortable owning projects independently in a remote/distributed team • Clear written communication and documentation skills • Experience handing off designs to engineering • Experience conducting usability testing • Must be within CET ±2 hours • Must be available every working day between 9 am and 12 pm EST • Nice to have: Experience with two-sided marketplaces or multi-sided platforms • Nice to have: Experience in creator economy, influencer marketing, or paid social • Nice to have: Familiarity with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads products • Nice to have: Exposure to AI-powered or AI-assisted product experiences
