📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day business operations and workflows • Ensure tasks and key deliverables stay on track • Coordinate people, processes, projects, and deadlines across teams • Foster operational accountability • Identify inefficiencies and implement practical operational improvements • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Support leadership with operational planning and execution • Troubleshoot operational issues and find proactive solutions • Support implementation of systems, tools, and processes • Provide regular updates to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, business operations, project coordination, or a similar role • Proactive, self-directed approach • Exceptional organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities • Professional written and spoken English communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently with limited supervision • Comfortable using modern workplace technology, software, and AI tools • Based in South Africa • Owned reliable laptop • Fast and stable internet connection • Full commitment to U.S. business hours • Prior experience working with U.S. or international remote teams preferred • C1 English level required • Resume and audio recording must be submitted in English • Publicly accessible 30–90 second audio or video recording in English • Screenshot of internet speed test result
