📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate a remote team of Nurse Practitioners across the United States • Support a 24/7, 365-day telemedicine operation • Manage healthcare providers remotely and maintain operational coverage • Resolve scheduling issues and ensure providers meet their commitments • Maintain accountability for scheduled shifts, attendance, responsiveness, and operational commitments • Coordinate with vendors, providers, facilities, and the clinical team • Identify and resolve scheduling or coverage gaps • Coordinate replacement coverage for missed shifts • Handle operational queries from healthcare facilities • Escalate clinical or operational matters appropriately • Maintain communication with providers and internal stakeholders • Take ownership of issues through to resolution independently

🎯 Requirements

• Manage and coordinate remote Nurse Practitioners across the United States • Hold providers accountable for scheduled shifts, attendance, responsiveness, and operational commitments • Manage provider scheduling and ensure appropriate coverage across the telemedicine operation • Work closely with vendors, providers, facilities, and the clinical team • Maintain accurate spreadsheets, schedules, operational records, and provider data • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling or coverage gaps • Respond to missed shifts and coordinate replacement coverage where required • Handle calls and operational queries from healthcare facilities • Escalate clinical or operational matters appropriately • Maintain clear communication with providers and internal stakeholders • Take ownership of issues through to resolution rather than waiting for direction • Comfortable working U.S. hours
