• Appointment Setter - Bilingual (JOB ID:TROANA) • Conduct inbound and outbound calls with energy and professionalism • Build rapport with realtors and guide them through internal systems • Schedule and confirm inspection appointments with clients and agents • Follow up on leads from open houses, emails, and text campaigns • Maintain detailed logs of communication and next steps using CRM tools • Act as the primary liaison between the company and its real estate partners • Identify and escalate issues or opportunities to the appropriate team members • Attend internal team meetings and contribute to process improvements
• C1 ENGLISH LEVEL IS REQUIRED, THE SELECTED CANDIDATE WILL BE SPEAKING STRICTLY IN ENGLISH DURING THEIR WHOLE SHIFT. • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) • Excellent phone presence, confident, friendly, and clear communicator • Prior experience in customer service, appointment setting, or sales support • Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup • Strong people skills and a genuine interest in helping others succeed • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems • Nice-to-Have (But Trainable) • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Vonage or similar platforms) • Understanding of real estate processes or transaction coordination • Experience in a call center or phone-heavy remote role
