• Contact warm and cold leads via phone, text, email, or social platforms • Qualify leads based on company criteria • Schedule appointments for closers or sales reps • Maintain detailed notes and accurate CRM records • Follow scripts and communication guidelines • Meet daily/weekly quota for contacts and booked appointments • Follow up with prospects who previously showed interest • Communicate closely with the sales team regarding lead quality and pipeline.
