• Client Communication • Hold monthly growth review meetings • Offer additional meetings only if the client asks • Send updates through client’s preferred communication method • Maintain friendly, clear, professional communication • Performance Tracking & Report Reading • This is the core of your job. You must be able to read and explain: Keyword ranking reports • Map Pack / Geo-grid results • Google Business Profile insights (calls, clicks, direction requests) • Organic traffic data (Google Search Console + GA4) • Backlink & authority reports • Citation/NAP accuracy • Review growth • Content visibility & indexing • Google Ads reporting (CPC, CPL, conversions, search terms, optimization stage) • Monthly Growth Summaries • Prepare simple, understandable monthly recaps • Highlight wins, progress, and improvements • Screenshot important metrics • Provide a short written summary or Loom video • Explain what we completed and what’s coming next • Internal Coordination • Relay client concerns to SEO/Ads team • Request fixes when performance drops • Make sure deliverables stay on track • Track follow-ups and tasks • Retention • Keep clients confident, informed, and satisfied • Manage expectations (no guarantees in SEO) • Reinforce importance of visibility, first page, and Map Pack

🎯 Requirements

• Experience reading SEO reports (GSC, GA4, keyword tracking, GBP insights) • Experience reading Google Ads reports (CPC, CPL, conversions) • Ability to explain data in simple terms to non-technical clients • Basic understanding of SEO & digital marketing • Excellent communication & writing skills • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented • Comfortable on Zoom • Able to provide updates through text, email, or phone • Able to analyze trends and identify movement up or down • Nice to Have (Not Required): Experience with tools like BrightLocal, Localo, SearchAtlas, SEMrush, etc. • Experience recording Loom videos • Past client success or account management experience
