📋 Description

• Manage inboxes, messages, and professional communications. • Process purchase orders, coordinate with vendors, and maintain accurate documentation. • Assist with scheduling, reminders, and time-sensitive business tasks. • Support day-to-day operations of a busy solopreneur to ensure efficiency and organization. • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students; explain programs, pricing, and processes clearly and professionally. • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive, supportive relationships with learners. • Create, update, and maintain courses, modules, assignments, and content releases inside Kajabi. • Utilize Kajabi’s AI and automation tools to improve CRM workflows, pipelines, landing pages, and email sequences. • Edit educational videos with professionalism and attention to detail. • Prepare content for use on social media, including posts marketing funnels, and inside the LMS.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent, clear English communication (spoken and written). • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to explain concepts confidently to customers. • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative/operations role. • Hands-on experience with Kajabi (or similar LMS/CRM platforms such as Thinkific, Teachable, Moodle, Canvas). • Video editing proficiency (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or equivalent). • Ability to work full-time on a U.S. Eastern Time schedule. • Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and critical thinking. • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality. • Must be proactive, fast-learning, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
