📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls, make outgoing follow-up calls, and handle all phone communications for the firm. • Follow up with leads and schedule initial paid consultations. • Clearly and confidently explain the consultation fee to prospective clients, emphasizing the value and benefit of speaking with an attorney. • Manage the attorney's calendar for consultations and client appointments. • Import new leads into the CRM (LAWCUS) and ensure client information is accurately updated following all phone calls. • Draft legal documents utilizing the firm's CRM, which includes mergeable templates. • Perform necessary data entry, tweaking and finalizing documents where information is populated from client intake forms (as the system is not 100% automatic). • Proactively follow up with clients to request missing documents or missing information needed to progress their files. • Monitor and track crucial deadlines and timelines on client files.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated paralegal experience, skillset, or educational background is required. • Exceptional English fluency with minimal is a non-negotiable requirement due to the client-facing nature of the role. • Experience in a client relations, customer success, or light sales role, with the ability to qualify leads and pitch services (i.e., the consultation fee). • Competency with CRM systems, data entry, and using mergeable templates for document drafting. • Must possess high emotional intelligence and empathy to handle sensitive calls (e.g., probate clients who may be distressed). • Ability to work a full-time, remote schedule and be productive with minimal supervision.
