📋 Description
• Help recruiters by scheduling interviews and assigning roles, and work with Team Lead to understand their needs for virtual assistants. • Learn what clients are looking for in a virtual assistant. • Create and post job ads on various job boards. • Utilize all job boards by posting and strategically posting the each role depends on the timing and cycle. • Review incoming applications and properly tag to correct JOB ID. • Plot candidates directly to Recruiters calendar. • Send out email reminders to all scheduled candidates both initial and final interviews. • Work with the Team Lead to complete background checks if there’s a need. • Keep in touch with candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Reprofile candidates for other potential open requisitions and reach them and discuss the new role. • Overall admin support to the Recruitment team.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other recruitment project management tools. • Familiarity with different job boards • Creative in posting the jobs on social media platforms. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Good problem-solving abilities. • Knowledge of HR procedures and best practices. • Ability to research and adopt new industry practices. • Ability to meet deadlines and targets.
