📋 Description
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily operations across the transportation business. • General admin tasks, email management, document handling, scheduling, and communication assistance. • Create, update, and manage invoices; ensure accuracy of billing information. • Perform bookkeeping tasks, reconcile accounts, update financial entries, and maintain organized financial records. • Potential oversight of dispatch operations, ensuring all dispatchers have the information, documents, and resources needed to perform effectively. • Prepare weekly reports, summaries, and updates for management review. • Communicate with drivers, vendors, dispatchers, and internal stakeholders as needed.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of administrative or operations support experience • Experience with invoicing and bookkeeping (QuickBooks strongly preferred) • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent written and verbal English communication • Background in transportation/logistics is a plus • Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly • Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail
