• C1 ENGLISH LEVEL IS REQUIRED • Emotional Maturity: Must be emotionally steady and comfortable with sensitive content about death and grief. • Autonomy & Proactivity: Must be thoughtful, organized, and proactive about asking questions. • Constructive Boldness: Must be comfortable being a 'devil's advocate,' making suggestions, and respectfully challenging the Owner's ideas (e.g., suggesting better workflows). • Reliability: Must plan to stick around and commit to a long-term role, viewing it as a permanent career opportunity. • Organizational Mastery: Possesses good judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to follow and improve processes. • CMS: Proficiency in WordPress for content implementation and formatting articles. • Design/Media: Experience with Canva for graphics/flyers and downloading/posting videos. • Email Platforms: Familiarity with Kit (formerly ConvertKit) is helpful. • Community Tools: Familiarity with StreamYard (webinars) and Circle (community platform). • Experience: Helpful experience includes working with online content, digital communities, and working with neurodiverse team members (ADHD/organizational support).
