📋 Description

• Review and edit copy produced by the team, ensuring clarity, coherence, and alignment with each portal’s tone of voice • Ensure the grammatical, spelling, and stylistic accuracy of Spanish-language content, taking relevant regional variations into account • Fact-check information and assess textual consistency, identifying inaccuracies • Suggest structural and editorial improvements based on performance metrics, team feedback, and project objectives • Guide revisions to articles, pages, and other written materials while maintaining consistency and quality standards • Collaborate on editorial planning, contributing to organization, standardization, and digital content best practices • Independently manage the review workflow and meet deadlines without constant supervision

🎯 Requirements

• Native or equivalent-level Spanish proficiency • Strong command of Spanish grammar, spelling, syntax, and style in digital contexts • Previous experience reviewing and editing digital content, including blogs, websites, articles, and institutional content • Ability to interpret and apply style guides and internal editorial guidelines • 100% manual review • Familiarity with SEO and web content best practices • Fluent English is a strong plus • Experience with content portals serving Spanish-speaking markets • Experience working in high-volume editorial environments • Knowledge of WordPress and content management tools • Experience with Google Workspace and collaborative tools such as Notion, Trello, and Monday • A keen eye for brand consistency and tone of voice across different portals and formats • Ability to provide structured editorial feedback to writers • Bachelor’s degree
