📋 Description

• Build web or mobile digital products and solutions based on opportunities identified and prioritized with leadership • Build, maintain, and evolve end-to-end production solutions, including the interface, backend, database, infrastructure, Claude Code, and similar tools • Develop and enhance AI agents • Identify agent failures, adjust prompts and workflows, and measure the results of those adjustments • Implement integrations and automations that connect solutions to operations • Work closely with the tech lead and leadership team • Clearly report progress and blockers • Adjust execution in line with the defined roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Experience building, maintaining, and evolving end-to-end web or mobile digital products and solutions • Experience developing and enhancing AI agents • Solid experience or hands-on experimentation with APIs, LLMs, prompt engineering, architecture or tech stack decisions, and code generation • Solid experience or hands-on experimentation with TypeScript, integrations, cloud providers, automations, and web scraping • Product thinking, with the ability to identify problems, structure solutions, and prioritize based on impact • Ability to build solutions, not just specify them • Ability to estimate solutions technically, identifying dependencies, risks, and realistic timelines • Strong UX and UI sensibility • Curiosity about technology and AI • Practical knowledge of AWS or another cloud provider, with experience deploying applications to production • Experience with TypeScript and modern web frameworks • Knowledge of SQL, analytical databases, or data manipulation with Python • Experience with advertising platform APIs • Personal or professional projects involving web scraping, APIs, automations, or integrations • Experience with n8n, Zapier, or similar tools • Design background and familiarity with Figma or prototyping tools • Previous experience in product management • Experience with content portals, digital agencies, or performance marketing companies
