📋 Description

• Investigate and analyze data to generate strategic insights. • Build AI-based solutions and products, applying modern machine learning and generative AI concepts. • Develop systems in Python, focusing on backend development and data integration. • Design and structure workflows, agents, and multi-agent AI systems. • Create and manage data structures for various internal applications. • Translate business challenges into impactful technology solutions. • Contribute to defining analytical strategies and methods aligned with the company's data-driven vision.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; • Solid experience in backend development for web applications using Python; • Basic experience and knowledge in prompt engineering and agentic solutions based on generative AI; • Design and implement REST/GraphQL APIs with Python (FastAPI/Django); • Basic knowledge of SQL (Postgres) and relational database structures; • Basic familiarity with Pydantic AI and LangChain; • Basic knowledge of Git, Docker, automated testing, and CI/CD; • Basic knowledge of vector databases; • Strong logical reasoning and resilience to work in challenging, dynamic environments; • Clear and pedagogical communication skills to translate complex reasoning and analyses into understandable narratives for non-technical audiences;
