Drive organic discovery wherever our audience is searching. • Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): We're already loved across the web - from Reddit communities to NYTimes editors (who recently awarded us their top meditation app) - but there's huge room to grow. Stay ahead of the LLM-powered search evolution and ensure our content performs on emerging channels like ChatGPT and Google's AI-powered search. • Programmatic SEO: Scale discovery across the world's largest wellbeing library of over 300,000 guided meditations and music tracks. Optimize how users find content from our marketplace of over 20,000 teachers and our fast-growing network of over 25,000 mental health professionals. • Content & Traffic Growth: Optimise high-value content pages to rank in search, drive qualified web traffic, and capture new audiences. Conduct keyword research, build content strategies around intent, and ensure our most impactful topics surface in organic search. • Technical SEO: Perform site audits, identify crawl/indexation issues, and resolve technical blockers limiting organic growth. Partner with developers to implement scalable technical solutions across platforms. • App Store Optimization (ASO): Maximize visibility and conversion in iOS and Android app stores. Lead keyword optimization, creative testing, and ASO strategy in response to algorithm updates.
• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience driving measurable growth for consumer-facing digital products. • GEO & AI Search: Experience with or strong curiosity about generative engine optimization (GEO), AI-powered search, and emerging search technologies. You understand how LLMs are reshaping discovery and have ideas about optimizing for this new landscape. • Technical Fluency: Comfortable with HTML, site architecture, and analytics. You can identify technical SEO issues, collaborate with engineers, and communicate clear solutions. • Tools Mastery: Deep proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console and ASO platforms like App Annie or Sensor Tower. • Self-Starter: Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. Able to build strategy, execute campaigns, and deliver results independently. • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communicator who can translate SEO insights into clear, actionable recommendations for content teams, developers, and leadership.
