📋 Description

• Develop and execute multi-channel growth campaigns from start to finish • Build integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels that drive sales-qualified pipeline and revenue growth • Design and execute customer nurture programs and upsell/cross-sell initiatives that increase engagement and customer lifetime value • Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics including MQLs, pipeline generation, bookings, and conversion rates • Analyze marketing metrics to uncover underlying performance drivers, assess influence on quarterly and annual goals • Proactively identify opportunities for campaign optimization and iterate based on data-driven insights • Collaborate with partner and digital marketing to drive top of funnel awareness and execute integrated campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business • 4-6 years of growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B enterprise software • Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills • Experience using web analytics and BI tools to build and maintain performance reporting • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, intent-based marketing, and multi-touch attribution • Ability to analyze marketing metrics to uncover underlying performance drivers • Full-funnel marketing experience managing customer lifecycle from awareness through expansion • Excellent project management skills • Proficient in utilizing modern sales and marketing tools and systems (i.e., Salesforce, Wrike, Airtable, Gong, Clay, Claude, On24, Power BI, etc.) and marketing automation—ideally Pardot—experience is a significant plus • Strong organizational skills managing multiple concurrent campaigns and cross-functional initiatives • Ability to exhibit strong interpersonal skills and build relationships across the business at all levels.
