📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day technical leadership within a small application development scrum team • Build new features and enhance current capabilities within the Certent Equity Management platform • Write, review, and contribute production-quality full-stack code across C#/.NET, Angular, and Oracle • Support sprint planning, refinement, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives • Help set daily team priorities and unblock teammates by removing dependencies, clarifying requirements, and resolving technical ambiguity • Uphold engineering standards including unit testing, code review discipline, definition of done, and release readiness • Champion at least 50% AI-authored pull request targets and at least 95% AI code review adoption • Integrate agentic development tooling into daily workflows and encourage team adoption • Stay current on agentic development tooling and recommend improvements to engineering leadership • Interface with client stakeholders for requirements clarification, design reviews, demo feedback, and issue resolution • Investigate root business problems and advocate for solutions generalizable across the CEM platform • Partner with engineering, product management, QA, architecture, and senior engineering stakeholders on planning and delivery • Coordinate with QA engineers on test coverage, quality gates, and release readiness • Collaborate on cross-team technical decisions and standards • Surface delivery risks, technical blockers, and scope concerns to engineering leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in enterprise SaaS environments • Demonstrated technical leadership within a scrum team • Deep full-stack expertise in C#, .NET (Framework and/or Core), Angular, and Oracle • Strong proficiency in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) • Experience with CQRS patterns in multi-service architectures • Hands-on experience with agentic development tooling such as GitHub Copilot or Devin.AI • Track record of driving AI adoption within an engineering team • Strong code review discipline and engineering quality standards • Experience with unit testing using xUnit/NUnit and Jasmine/Karma • CI/CD hygiene and definition-of-done rigor • Experience with Angular 15+, Reactive Forms, RxJS, Angular Material, and TypeScript • Experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL development, including packages, procedures, views, and query optimization • Experience with Entity Framework Core and the Oracle EF Core provider • 3+ years of experience with Azure cloud technologies and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines • Fluent communicator able to engage with client stakeholders and explain technical realities to non-technical audiences • Experience working in global, distributed teams across multiple time zones • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience • Preferred: familiarity with .NET modernization patterns • Preferred: experience with Liquibase schema migration tooling • Preferred: familiarity with Serilog, Datadog APM, or Application Insights • Preferred: experience with Docker, Podman, or similar containerization tooling • Preferred: experience with Hangfire or similar background job scheduling tools • Preferred: experience across multi-repo, multi-product platforms sharing a common database and internal NuGet package ecosystem • Preferred: background in financial services, equity compensation, or adjacent regulated domains • Preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification • Preferred: experience mentoring mid-level engineers into senior roles
