📋 Description

• Apply Inspin's methodology in weekly remote meetings with the schools in your portfolio. • Support the implementation of processes, tools and performance dashboards. • Interpret reports and translate data into practical, actionable insights. • Engage school teams (leadership, coordinators, administrative staff) in the transformation process. • Encourage strategic, data-driven decision making. • Monitor the execution of action plans and support adjustments when necessary. • Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate on solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills • Analytical mindset and process-oriented thinking • Leadership ability and meeting facilitation skills • Organized, responsible, and committed • Skilled at interpreting data and turning numbers into actions • Enjoy working with people and motivating teams • Understanding of the sales funnel and commercial logic • Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, or related fields • Intermediate spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel) • Preferred: experience with private schools • Preferred: knowledge of marketing and social media • Preferred: experience in commercial/sales roles
