📋 Description

• Design, test, and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) to support various insurance-related use cases. • Contribute to the automation of customer interactions and internal processes (e.g., resident recognition, FAQ handling). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-driven improvements. • Conduct functional testing and provide feedback for continuous enhancement. • Support knowledge transfer and, if needed, assist in employee training on new tools and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Native Lithuanian language skills; good command of German and English. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Understanding of insurance processes or prior experience in the insurance sector (desirable). • Experience in prompting or working with large language models (LLMs) (desirable). • Familiarity with conversational AI platforms such as Parloa is an advantage. • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. • Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected.
