📋 Description

• LITIT is a joint venture focused on delivering innovative SAP S/4HANA solutions. • Build and optimize warehouse management processes for major customers in the automotive and manufacturing industry. • Coordinate functions within the SAP consulting team in Lithuania. • Responsible for planning, implementation, and documentation of customer requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, economics, or computer science or a comparable degree program with a professional focus on finance or logistics. • Fluent English and German skills. • Familiarity with the SAP product portfolio and experience with SAP Best Practice solutions. • 7+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA, specializing in both EWM and WM, with a background in Inventory Management (IM) and Stock Room Management being advantageous. • Preferably 4-6 end to end full life cycle SAP EWM Module implementations with team leading experience. • Experience with SAP S/4HANA System Conversion and Fiori apps. • Knowledge of processes and configurations in setting up warehouse structure, process-oriented storage control, layout-oriented storage control, VAS, ERP-EWM connectivity configurations, and data distribution models setup. • Integration knowledge and experience with SAP TMS, MM, SD, and PP will be preferred. • Experience in writing functional specifications for WRICEF. • Thorough understanding of the multiple SAP modules and the ability to research & apply business best practices. • Experience designing and improving business process and controls with deep business process re-engineering experience. • Technical experience with SAP frameworks and architectures as well as SAP certificates. • Experience with hybrid/distributed architectures (on-prem vs. cloud), especially optimizing application landscapes. • High customer orientation, service attitude, and business acumen. • Proven communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Strong writing, mentoring, decision making, and meeting facilitation skills. • Ability to coach/mentor younger colleagues into delivering quality projects and consulting services. • Travel readiness and communication skills with different stakeholders. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Self-motivating and be able to plan your own work.
