📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of data pipelines and services using AWS technologies • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and data engineers • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define data solutions aligned with organizational goals • Ensure best practices in coding standards, CI/CD, version control, and system architecture • Manage infrastructure-as-code deployments and enforce cloud security standards • Troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize performance across databases, data lakes, and streaming platforms • Drive innovation by evaluating new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance efficiency and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or senior developer in data engineering projects • Strong programming background with Python • Proficiency in SQL • Hands-on expertise with AWS services including: Lambda, Glue, Glue Data Catalog, Lake Formation, Athena, SQS/SNS, MSK/Kafka, S3, Aurora, RDS, Redshift, DynamoDB, API Gateway, IAM, WAF • Experience with web development tools and modern CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab) • Strong understanding of data architecture, cloud-native design, and distributed systems • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills • Ability to balance hands-on coding with high-level architectural decision-making • Willingness and readiness to travel as required (domestic or international, occasionally on short notice)
