📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable backend systems using .NET (preferably .NET 6 or later). • Build and optimise event-driven architectures using technologies such as Kafka. • Work with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB to manage distributed data sets. • Integrate with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. • Engage directly with clients and project leads to gather requirements, provide updates, and shape delivery strategy. • Operate as a trusted consultant—proactive, accountable, and capable of working with minimal supervision. • Contribute to technical decision-making, architecture reviews, and system improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of backend development experience with a focus on the Microsoft stack. • Expert in .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, and SQL Server. • Hands-on experience with Kafka or other messaging/event streaming platforms. • Solid understanding of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases. • Experience working in consulting, professional services, or IT project delivery environments. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Comfortable working independently and leading delivery within a remote setup.
