📋 Description

• Oversee hundreds of shipments a day — you'll ensure packages are being scheduled for pickup, shipments are moving quickly, and that things are being delivered without any problems. • Manage our Returns process, ensuring customers know how to process returns and that the products arrive safely and quickly back to our boutiques • Support our Global Import/Export Customs/Duties processes, working with our delivery partners and other external partners to ensure the customs process is seamless and cost-effective • Work with Karlo, our Strategy & Operations Manager, on projects to help speed up shipments, decrease returns, automate manual processes and deliver more delightful customer experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in operations in a fast-moving startup or ecommerce business • A solid understanding of global shipments, customs/duties, and ecommerce logistics • Ownership Mentality: You don’t wait to be told what to do. You see what needs to be done and take accountability, even for tasks that aren’t officially “yours.” • Startup Environment: You enjoy the challenge of working in a dynamic environment where things move fast and processes evolve quickly. You are okay with some things being very structured, and others being a little loose. • You are fluent in English and comfortable communicating primarily in English with team members around the world.
