• Own customer billing end-to-end, including generating invoices and resolving disputes • Monitor accounts receivable, chase down payments, and work with sales team • Prepare bank payment runs and supplier payouts • Manage monthly sales commissions process • Support month-end closing tasks • Assist with insurance claims for damaged or lost equipment • Embrace technology to automate processes
