📋 Description
• Be the domain credibility of the pod • Embed with partner teams to identify AI solutions • Lead discovery and requirements • Conduct hands-on demos tailored to workflows • Drive change management for successful deployments • Regular on-site travel expected, potentially 50%+ of time
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of layered experience in grocery retail or CPG • Deep domain fluency in grocery verticals • Demonstrated ability to run consultative discovery • Experience leading organizational change management • Exceptional communication and executive presence • Proficiency in BI and analytics tools • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • Willingness to travel ~50% within North America
