📋 Description
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 product designers. • Engage directly with retailers and internal stakeholders. • Own the design strategy and multi-quarter roadmap. • Guide end-to-end design across discovery and delivery. • Lead design rituals and quality gates.
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in product/UX design, delivering end-to-end digital products. • 2+ years of experience managing product designers. • Proven success designing and shipping complex enterprise or platform products. • Demonstrated track record of scaling systems across multiple brands. • Deep knowledge of UX strategy, user research, and analytics. • Strong communicator, skilled at unifying teams and defending design decisions.
