📋 Description
• Architect and deliver efficient, secure, and scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales and Service Cloud. • Guide development teams, enforce best practices, and share knowledge. Work with stakeholders to bridge technical needs and business goals, ensuring impactful solutions. • Build seamless integrations with platforms like ERP, marketing tools, and more. • Ensure system scalability, reliability, and compliance with governance standards. • Reporting directly to the Director; collaborate across Business Systems Team.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years as a technical architect. • Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, LWCs, and APIs. • Possess the following Salesforce Certifications: Application Architect, System Architect, and Sales/Service Cloud Consultant. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
